Ren is a conversational AI personal assistant. When you message Ren, you can exchange texts with the assistant for help, answers, and reminders, and — if you opt in — receive reminders and follow-ups you have requested.

Message frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your interaction and any reminders or check-ins you opt in to.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Ren does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Help & opt-out

Reply HELP for assistance at any time. Reply STOP to cancel and stop receiving messages at any time. After you text STOP, you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in by texting START.
