Ren ("we," "us") provides a conversational AI personal assistant over SMS and phone. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Your mobile phone number.
• The content of messages you send to and receive from the assistant.
• Your preferences and consent choices (including opt-in/opt-out status) and the times they were made.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide and operate the assistant — to respond to your messages, to send reminders and follow-ups you have explicitly opted in to, and to maintain continuity in your conversations. We do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your information, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver messages and run the service (for example, our telephony carrier), under confidentiality obligations, and only as required to operate the service or comply with law.

Retention & your choices

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can text STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
